Automotive Fleet Sales Manager

Job Title: Automotive Fleet Sales Manager Location: U.A.E Job Summary: The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for driving fleet and B2B vehicle sales by developing relationships with corporate clients, government entities, rental companies, leasing companies, and other key accounts. The role focuses on achieving fleet sales targets, expanding the customer portfolio, and ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the fleet sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets. • Identify and acquire new corporate, government, rental, leasing, and key account customers. • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers. • Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and fleet agreements. • Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and commercial conditions. • Monitor competitor activities, fleet pricing, and market trends. • Coordinate vehicle allocation, delivery schedules, registration, and aftersales support. • Maintain fleet sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular management reports. • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Aftersales, and Marketing teams. Qualification/Experience/Skills: • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in automotive fleet sales supervisory or management role. • Must have an established network with corporate fleets, government entities, rental/leasing companies, and large accounts in UAE. • Candidate needs to have a valid UAE driving license • Fleet & B2B Sales Management • Business Development & Networking • Tender & Contract Management • Commercial Negotiation • Pricing & Profitability Management • Sales Forecasting & Reporting • Strong communication and presentation skills • Results-driven with strong customer relationship management capabilities High priority will be given to immediate joiners.
