Business Development Executive Date: 4 Aug 2026 Business Development Executive Company: Corporate & Commercial Job Summary Motivated and results driven Business Development Executive to promote and grow our Car rental business in corporate business LTR & STR business. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's corporate customer base. Job Location Sharjah Abu Dhabi Dubai Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term vehicle rentals. Generate corporate fleet sales by approaching MNC, SME company, government entities, hotels and other potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Prepare and present rental and fleet proposals tailored to customer requirements. Negotiate rental agreements, pricing, and contract terms within company guidelines. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, quotations, and contracts in the CRM system. Follow up on quotations, renewals, and contract expiration to maximize customer retention. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company services. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management. Requirements 2–5 years of sales experience in rent a car, fleet leasing, automotive, or B2B sales. Valid driving license. Strong knowledge of corporate vehicle rental and fleet management services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Proven track record to meet and exceed sales targets. Good presentation and proposal preparation skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem solving and customer service orientation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly sales revenue was achieved. Number of new corporate accounts acquired. Customer retention and contract renewal rate. Fleet utilization generated through sales. Customer satisfaction and service quality.
