Role: Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a proactive, organised and confident Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support while also acting as a key point of contact for clients. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, takes initiative and is comfortable communicating with clients over the phone. We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply wait for instructions, but can anticipate what needs to be done, follow up independently and help keep things moving. Key Responsibilities • Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and day-to-day scheduling • Handle calls, emails and general correspondence • Speak with clients over the phone and confidently handle follow-ups • Coordinate meetings and ensure actions are followed through • Maintain accurate client records and internal documentation • Assist with preparing documents, presentations and correspondence • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information, meetings or next steps • Support with general administrative and organisational requirements • Prioritise tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally • Proactively identify tasks that require attention without needing constant direction What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar role • Excellent spoken and written English • Confident and professional telephone manner • Comfortable speaking directly with clients and building relationships • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently • Strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency when required • Professional, presentable and personable • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and general administrative systems Show more Show less
