Industry: Construction / Contracting A growing contracting company is seeking an experienced Admin/ Recruitment Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions related to the company's blue-collar workforce. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end blue-collar workforce administration and recruitment • Oversee labour accommodation (camps), welfare initiatives, and employee relations • Ensure smooth administration of payroll processes for workers. • Coordinate with site teams, HR, and government authorities on workforce-related matters • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies • Manage workforce documentation, mobilization, and employee records Requirements • Proven experience as an Admin Manager within the construction/contracting industry • Strong background in managing large blue-collar workforces • Experience handling labour camps, worker welfare, and payroll administration • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Show more Show less
