HR Executive (Construction & Fitout)

Revive Renovation is a growing Dubai-based contracting and renovation company specializing in high-end villa renovations, residential fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, swimming pools, and joinery works. We work across some of Dubai’s leading residential communities and are continuing to expand our team and operations. The Role We are looking for a mid-level HR professional to take ownership of our day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation • Coordinate monthly payroll and attendance with Accounts • Handle employee relations, warnings, and disciplinary matters • Manage UAE labour, visa, and employee documentation • Prepare HR letters, reports, and company policies • Prepare and review employee yearly goals and ensure alignment with company-wide targets. • Support management with HR and manpower requirements Requirements: • 3–5 years of UAE HR experience • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices • Strong communication and organizational skills • Construction/contracting experience preferred • Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred To Apply: Please send your CV, expected salary, and earliest joining date to [email protected] Show more Show less
