Event Sales Manager

Sales Manager / Business Development Executive – Events Industry Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 3+ Years in Events / Exhibition Sales Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional with a strong background in the Events & Exhibition industry. The ideal candidate should have established client relationships, strong business development skills, and a proven track record of securing event-related projects. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the events and exhibitions industry. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, semi-government, and institutional clients. • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and convert opportunities into projects. • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets. • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations. • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming events to identify potential opportunities. Mandatory Project Experience The candidate must have proven experience in securing projects related to one or more of the following: • Mall Activations • Exhibition Stands / Exhibition Projects • Government Events • Semi-Government Events • Corporate Events / Brand Activations Requirements • 3+ years of relevant sales/business development experience in the Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing, or related industry. • Strong existing client network and industry connections. • Proven track record of winning and closing event projects. • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. • Ability to independently generate leads and drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. • Experience dealing with government and semi-government entities will be highly preferred. • Candidates with an established network across malls, brands, corporates, government entities, and event organizers will be preferred.
