To learn more or get in touch, visit https://silverarrowevents.ae or contact [email protected] / +971 54 322 0016. • Role Description As Operations & Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Generate new business opportunities and actively develop the Company’s client portfolio. • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential corporate clients and brands. • Manage client enquiries, meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations. • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions. • Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and new opportunities. • Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop proposals aligned with client requirements and budgets. • Negotiate commercials and work towards successfully closing new business. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the Company’s event and activation services. • Manage end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standards. • Manage client communication, understand event briefs, prepare proposals, and coordinate project requirements from initial enquiry through to execution. • Source suitable vendors and suppliers, negotiate competitive rates, and oversee supplier coordination and deliverables. • Coordinate with hotels and venues for event spaces, accommodation, food & beverage requirements, contracts, and operational arrangements. • Negotiate venue, hotel, supplier, and other commercial agreements in the best interest of the Company. • Manage and coordinate required event permits, entertainer and speaker permits, permits- to-work, and • other relevant approvals. • Coordinate entertainers, speakers, production teams, suppliers, event staff, and other stakeholders before and during events. • Support the Company's sales activities, client acquisition, lead generation, and new business development initiatives. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, venues, hotels, suppliers, and business partners. • Provide on-site operational support and oversee event execution to ensure smooth delivery and timely resolution of any operational requirements. • Perform any additional duties reasonably required by management in line with the employee's position and the Company's business requirements.
