Position: Senior Project Manager - EVENTS Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE This role is ideal for a commercially minded project leader who can manage projects from client brief through design, production, installation, and final event delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations. - Review RFPs and tenders, develop project strategies, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. - Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure project success. - Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and project resources. - Coordinate design approvals, technical drawings, production, and on-site execution. - Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and event regulations. - Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
