RAYNE is expanding its consultant team and is seeking experienced Corporate M&A Lawyers based in Abu Dhabi to join our growing practice. As a consultant at RAYNE, you will be embedded directly within client organisations, functioning as a genuine extension of their in-house teams, backed throughout every engagement by RAYNE. Key Responsibilities • Advise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring, from due diligence to post-merger integration. • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, and other corporate transaction documents. • Provide legal guidance on deal structuring, regulatory approvals, and compliance with corporate laws. • Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for private and public company acquisitions. • Support cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with international and regional regulations. Qualifications • 5+ years PQE admitted in a major international jurisdiction. • 5+ years of M&A experience at either a top-tier international law firm or in-house within a corporate/M&A function. • Strong background in private equity, corporate transactions, and due diligence. • Proven ability to handle complex, high-value cross-border deals. • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Regional experience required • Arabic language skills is a plus but not required.
