RAYNE is expanding its consultant team and is seeking experienced Data Privacy Lawyers based in the UAE to join our growing consultancy. As a consultant at RAYNE, you will be embedded directly within client organisations, functioning as a genuine extension of their in-house teams, backed throughout every engagement by RAYNE. We are looking for experience with: • Advising on data protection and privacy compliance, including PDPL and other regional and international frameworks • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data processing agreements, privacy policies, and related documentation • Conducting data protection impact assessments and privacy risk reviews • Supporting data breach response, incident management, and regulatory notifications • Advising the business on cross-border data transfers, data governance, and emerging privacy regulation • Operating confidently within fast-paced, in-house environments Successful candidates will: • Ideally be admitted in a common law or other recognised international jurisdiction • Typically have 5+ years' PQE (flexible depending on experience and role) • Be adaptable, pragmatic, and comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team • Have a consultant mindset and enjoy working closely with the business Why RAYNE? • Access to high-quality in-house secondments with trusted clients • Exposure to different sectors, teams, and working environments • A consultancy built on relationships, transparency, and trust • Ongoing support before, during, and after each secondment • Adaptable and flexible working options that work for you If you are looking for a fixed term assignment in Data Privacy we would love to hear from you!
