Senior Commercial Lawyer - RAK

RAYNE is expanding its consultant team and is seeking experienced Commercial Lawyers based in Ras al-Khaimah to join our growing practice. As a consultant at RAYNE, you will be embedded directly within client organisations, functioning as a genuine extension of their in-house teams, backed throughout every engagement by RAYNE. Qualifications: Admitted in a common law or other recognised international jurisdiction. Typically have 5+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience and role). Experience gained in both private practice and in-house. Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team; adaptable, pragmatic, and consultant-minded with a business-focused approach.
