The role will offer exposure to high-value regional and cross-border transactions, working with major sovereign wealth funds, government-related entities, institutional investors and international corporates. The work will include: • Private M&A and strategic investments • Private equity transactions • Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements • Sovereign and institutional investments • Cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings • Due diligence and transaction documentation This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain significant responsibility and direct exposure to a highly experienced corporate team at an early stage of the practice's continued growth.
