Rentico Vacation Homes Rental
Business Development Executive — Holiday Homes | Dubai We are looking for a driven business development professional to grow our managed portfolio across Dubai. The right candidate knows how to open a conversation with a property owner, build genuine trust, and turn that relationship into a signed management agreement — then keep it strong for years. Experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals is a strong advantage; a proven record in owner acquisition, deal closing and revenue growth is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and key industry stakeholders • Identify and approach property owners, and sign them onto holiday home management • Build a referral pipeline with real estate brokers and agencies • Run owner meetings end to end: pitch, revenue projection, contract • Hand over signed units cleanly to our Operations team • Manage and nurture existing owner accounts to secure renewals and additional units Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Holiday Homes business development in Dubai is a must • Existing relationships with brokers or landlords • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills — face-to-face, not just over WhatsApp • Track record of hitting targets — we'll ask for numbers • Understanding of Dubai rental yields and what makes a unit perform • Comfortable working with a real operating stack — Bitrix24 and Breezeway. You'll be selling against a real operation, not a promise • Target: 4 units onboarded per month. Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary plus commission on every unit onboarded • Highly performance-driven commission structure — tiered, with your rate and job level rising as your portfolio grows. No ceiling • Attractive benefits and long-term career growth within one of Dubai's fastest-growing holiday homes companies If you know the holiday homes market, build trust with owners easily, and have the closing record to prove it — we want to hear from you.
