Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes

We are looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our portfolio by building strong relationships with property owners and converting new opportunities into long-term clients. Your Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for turning qualified leads into new property management clients and playing a key role in the continued growth of VayK. Your responsibilities will include: • Manage inbound and outbound leads from initial contact through to conversion • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners • Present VayK’s property management services and value proposition • Prepare rental income forecasts and tailored proposals for potential clients • Follow up consistently with prospects and identify new business opportunities • Negotiate and close agreements with property owners • Maintain accurate lead and client information in our CRM • Work closely with the operations and revenue teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is energetic, commercially minded and hungry to succeed.
