You shape the offer, evolve it with intention, and make sure it feels unmistakably us. An honest list, fairly priced, executed with precision. A team that loves what they do and shows it. What We Are Looking For Someone who has led a Bar programme in a high-volume, guest-facing environment. All-day dining or lifestyle restaurant experience is a strong advantage. A natural federator - someone who brings the bar, the floor, and the kitchen together around the drink. Commercially sharp without letting the numbers flatten the experience.
