We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Human Resources functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and operational requirements. The role will oversee HR operations while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. • Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes. • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and adhered to across the organization. • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, conduct market benchmarking, and maintain salary structures. • Conduct cost analysis and prepare payroll budgets based on workforce planning requirements. • Ensure employment contracts, job offers, and termination documentation comply with company standards and applicable regulations. • Maintain and oversee employee data within the HR Management System, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Ensure headcount reports, leave reports, organizational charts, and other HR records are maintained and updated. • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies while staying updated on legislative changes affecting HR practices. • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team by providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. • Participate in regional HR projects and support the implementation of HR systems, processes, and programs. • Promote employee engagement and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture. • Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by promoting compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an industrial related field. • Master's Degree and/or professional HR certification is an advantage. • Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within multinational organizations. • Proven experience managing the full or majority of the spectrum of HR functions. • Experience within the Oil & Gas, Engineering, Industrial Services, or related sectors is a must. • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
