Quantity Surveyor - RTA Approved

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure team in Dubai, with strong experience in infrastructure and RTA projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for infrastructure/RTA projects. • Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and valuations. • Review contractor payment applications, variations, claims and final accounts. • Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance. • Review contracts, tender documents and subcontractor packages. • Support procurement, tender evaluation and commercial negotiations. • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and clients. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts and RTA requirements. Requirements • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. • Strong experience in infrastructure and RTA projects in Dubai/UAE. • RTA approval is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, valuation, variations, claims and final accounts. • Good understanding of FIDIC contracts and commercial management. • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
