Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Open (Based on Experience) Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Position Overview We are seeking an experienced QS Manager to lead the commercial and quantity surveying function across construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee project budgets, contract administration, commercial risk, and cost control while ensuring profitability and contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team across multiple projects. * Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. * Oversee tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration. * Review and approve BOQs, estimates, valuations, and final accounts. * Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and dispute resolution. * Monitor project commercial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Negotiate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. * Provide commercial guidance and mentoring to the QS team. * Prepare management reports and support strategic commercial decision-making. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience, including experience managing quantity surveying teams or commercial functions. * Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, contract administration, and commercial operations. * Experience managing claims, variations, and final accounts. * Sound understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices. * Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software. * Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately. * Valid UAE Driver's Licence is a must Show more Show less
