DocuBay
About DocuBay DocuBay is an AI-powered compliance platform for UAE businesses. Licences, visas, payroll, tax and contracts run through one platform, with services delivered by licensed providers at cost, with zero service fee. We exist to remove the gatekeepers that stand between businesses and the providers they need. 250+ clients and 100+ licensed partners are on the platform, and we are building toward the wider GCC. The role You are our first dedicated sales hire. Not the first of a pod, not an SDR feeding someone else's calendar: the first person whose whole job is revenue. You own the full cycle, from finding the client to closing them to keeping them transacting. The founder sells alongside you until you do not need it, and the essentials exist on day one: the pitch, the collateral, the contracts and a documented playbook. What you will do • Generate your own pipeline. Calls, LinkedIn, referrals, events and walk-ins. This is a high-activity seat, and the activity is logged daily. • Run discovery and demos. Qualify properly, demo well, and show each client only what matters to them. • Close both ways. Larger clients in person on our standard agreements; smaller clients through digital sign-up. • Keep your book. After signature you are the Account Manager: keep clients transacting, place add-ons, and be there at renewal. • Show up. Business community events are part of the job. You are a face of DocuBay in the room. • Work the system. The CRM is the record, updated the same day. A short end-of-day report goes out every working day, and blockers are raised the day they appear. How you are paid • Competitive base salary, set by experience, plus uncapped commission on the business you build. • The commission structure is shared in the interview. It rewards sourcing, closing and keeping clients, it compounds with your book, and it is paid on collections, not signatures. • Founding-team equity. Early members receive share options in DocuBay. The grant is meant to be the reason you join; the salary is the reason you can. Your first 90 days Learn and shadow in weeks one and two. Five qualified meetings a week from week three. First closes in month two. A managed book of your own clients by month three. Who fits • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales in the UAE, in a sector that sells trust: corporate services, SaaS, insurance, banking SME, HR or payroll services. • Comfortable talking licences, visas, WPS and fines with a business owner, or fast enough to get there in two weeks. • Hunter discipline with farmer patience: you can open cold and you do not drop clients after signature. • Fluent English and Arabic is a strong plus. UAE driving licence a plus. Read this before applying • There is no inherited pipeline. You build the book; that is why the commission follows the book. • Commission is paid on collections, not signatures. • Everything is documented, daily. If a logged CRM and an end-of-day report feel like micromanagement, this is not your seat. Hiring process A 30-minute call. A short exercise: pitch DocuBay to us using our one-page teaser. A conversation with the founder. An offer. The whole process runs inside two weeks. • Apply with your CV and three lines on the hardest thing you have ever sold. Show more Show less
