As a Manager - Project Delivery, you will be responsible for... • Initiate Job Requisition to procure services and works in coordination with different departments. • Support Project Lead with Project Management strategy and Project delivery activities for Company projects to ensure that they meet strategic plan. • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual responsibilities and adhere to the defined project scope. • Manage the approved project schedule, closely monitoring critical path activities to guarantee timely delivery and proactively address potential delays. • Track project costs, timelines, and overall progress, providing consistent status updates and detailed reports to key stakeholders. • Ensure all necessary NOCs and permits from local authorities are available to ensure compliance and uninterrupted project execution. • Actively participate in project meetings with consultants and contractors to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with the approved program. • Engage with internal departments—including Commercial, Development, Procurement, and Contracts—to synchronize project requirements and schedules. • Continuously monitor project status, identify deviations from objectives, and implement corrective actions to keep projects aligned with business goals. • Lead and review contractor claims and interim payment applications in line with contract terms, ensuring project expenditures remain within the approved budget • Evaluate on-site performance of consultants and contractors, enforcing adherence to project standards, quality benchmarks, and departmental targets. • Collaborate with the Operations team to facilitate seamless handover of infrastructure and landscaping works, ensuring all operational and functional requirements are fulfilled for sustainable use. • Coordinate with the Defects Liability Period (DLP) team to ensure smooth unit handovers and completion of final snagging to the satisfaction of all parties. • Analyze information and ensure that reports are consolidated for management review. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management and real estate development. What you already have... • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Civil Engineering/ architectural engineering/ Construction • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – preferred • Understanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies, statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery. • Min of 8-10+ years experience, including 2-4 years of experience in a senior leadership/project lead role - managing large-scale/ multi-disciplinary projects and teams. • Preferably 2+ years of experience with a developer.
