Our client, a leading company in the Construction & Engineering industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Project Planning — Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates. • Execution & Delivery — Lead project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. • Stakeholder Management — Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. • Budget & Cost Control — Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost‑saving measures. • Risk Management — Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Reporting — Prepare regular project updates, progress reports, and documentation. • Quality Assurance — Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Team Leadership — Guide project teams, assign tasks, and maintain strong team performance. Requirements • Experience — 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or engineering. • Education — Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Certifications — PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are an advantage. • Technical Skills — Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). • Communication — Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Leadership — Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. • UAE Experience — Familiarity with UAE regulations, construction standards, and local project delivery practices.
