Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join a client-side team in Abu Dhabi, supporting the delivery of large-scale villa, horizontal and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will take ownership of specific project sections, phases, or the full end-to-end delivery lifecycle, while acting as the key day-to-day interface with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage projects from conception and design through to IFC, construction and final handover • Lead day-to-day coordination and interface management with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders • Develop and implement project strategies, delivery plans, governance frameworks and reporting processes • Work closely with design teams to ensure solutions align with the project brief, delivery requirements and constructability objectives • Lead value engineering initiatives to maximise project value and cost efficiency • Manage project information, change control, risk, quality and overall delivery requirements • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate multiple project stakeholders • Ensure QA/QC standards and project KPIs are consistently maintained throughout construction • Manage the transition from construction through to asset management and operator handover • Oversee the defects liability period, ensuring outstanding issues are addressed and resolved promptly • Ultimately, take accountability for the successful and timely delivery of the project Candidate Requirements • 10–15+ years of relevant project delivery experience • Proven experience delivering large-scale villa, horizontal and/or mixed-use developments • Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, with a strong understanding of contracting operations and commercial drivers • Excellent consultant, contractor and stakeholder management skills • Strong client-side project delivery experience • UAE project experience is essential • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving capabilities If you’re an experienced Project Manager looking for your next opportunity and want to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, we’d love to hear from you.
