Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities 1. Oversee all human resources operations for the company, including recruitment, compensation and performance management, training, and employee relations 2. Develop human resources policies and procedures for the company 3. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance records 4. Handle visa processing for expatriate employees and manage employee compensation and benefits, as well as other human resources-related matters Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a human resources-related field 2. At least 8 years of comprehensive human resources management experience 3. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations as well as visa processing procedures; proficiency in human resources management, with expertise in recruitment, training, and compensation and benefits management 4. Experience in building a company’s human resources management system from the ground up is preferred; fluency in both Chinese and English Show more Show less
