HR Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 22,000–25,000 per month We're recruiting on behalf of an established international consultancy specializing in landscape architecture, urban infrastructure and sustainable design, seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and support the organization's people strategy, talent development and employee engagement. The company works on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the built environment, combining design, engineering and sustainability expertise to create innovative and resilient spaces. This is a broad, hands-on HR leadership role covering talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business performance, employee engagement and long-term growth. The Role As HR Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day HR function while partnering with senior management on strategic people initiatives, talent planning and organisational development. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the daily workflow of the HR department. • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with wider business objectives. • Develop, update and implement HR policies, procedures and systems. • Lead talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding processes. • Work with department heads to identify current and future talent needs, skills requirements and succession planning. • Develop employee retention, engagement and development strategies. • Design and implement learning and development programs. • Manage performance management processes and support managers in addressing performance issues. • Advise on employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances. • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and recommend competitive programs. • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resource management and talent acquisition. • Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour laws and maintain accurate HR records. • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership position. • Strong experience across the full HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, L&D and compensation & benefits. • Should be well versed with UAE, KSA and Philippines labour laws (including pension laws and benefits). • Experience developing and implementing HR policies, processes and systems. • Strong understanding of recruitment and talent management strategies. • Experience advising senior leadership and managers on HR matters. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee matters.
