Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the reception area to ensure a professional and organized environment. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting basic clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The role also includes liaising with internal teams, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring that all guests receive courteous, efficient service. The Receptionist will contribute to a positive first impression of the organization and support the smooth functioning of front-office operations. Qualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and colleagues. • Proficiency in phone etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering, screening, and routing calls and greeting guests. • Solid clerical skills such as filing, data entry, handling mail, and maintaining records and appointment schedules. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain a calm, organized reception area. • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, office productivity software) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers. • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and confidentiality. • Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing administrative role is preferred. • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an asset.
