GymNation
50+ gyms. 3 countries. Expanding rapidly, with a multi-million dollar performance marketing budget fuelling our growth. GymNation is the Middle East's fastest-growing fitness brand, and paid media is one of our biggest growth levers. We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to plan, run and relentlessly optimise paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and beyond - with AI at the centre of how the job gets done. You'll work hand in hand with our fully in-house marketing, data and tech teams on the day-to-day execution of paid media across multiple markets: campaign builds, audience strategy, creative development, bidding, budget pacing, testing and reporting. If you're not already using AI every day in your work, at scale, please don't apply. We're not looking for someone who uses ChatGPT to write ad copy a bit faster. That's not what we mean by AI-first. We mean someone who uses AI to create, to think, to automate and to check: · To develop and test creative and copy that outperforms what the market is running. · To interrogate a full account export rather than eyeball a sample. · To QA a campaign build before it goes live and catch the broken UTM, the wrong conversion event, the budget set in the wrong currency. · To research an audience properly instead of guessing. · To understand why a number moved, instead of reporting that it did. If AI has changed the decisions you make and the work you produce - not just the speed you make them at - you'll do well here. What you'll do · Own the commercial number. Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, in three markets, against real targets - CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and payback. · Drive ad performance through creative. Use AI to develop market-leading concepts, copy and creative variations at a volume a conventional team can't reach - then test properly, find the winners, and feed sharp learnings back to the creative team. · Run the day-to-day. Audience setup, creative briefs, ad copy, tracking, budget pacing and post-campaign analysis. · Use AI as your QA layer. Catch errors before they cost money - broken tracking, mis-set conversions, campaigns pacing wrong, ads live in the wrong market, landing pages that don't match the promise. · Push the platforms' own tooling to its limit. Automated rules and reports, Google Ads scripts, bulk operations, offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, native AI creative tools. Most advertisers use a fraction of what Meta and Google give them. Not us. · Optimise at full coverage, not by sample. Every campaign, every market, every week. · Report with a narrative, not a screenshot. Numbers that tell the wider marketing team what's working, what isn't, and what we're doing about it. · Keep tracking and attribution clean alongside our data team - Meta CAPI, GTM, GA4 - so we optimise to revenue, not vanity metrics. · Stay ahead. Watch competitor activity and emerging platform and AI changes worth acting on. What you'll bring · 3+ years hands-on paid media with demonstrable commercial results, ideally from a reputable agency or a fast-paced business. · Expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, for lead generation and awareness. · A daily AI practice, evidenced by how you actually work. Be ready to walk us through a decision you made differently, or a piece of work you produced, because of it. This is the part we will probe hardest. · A real creative instinct. You can tell the difference between an ad that's clever and an ad that converts, and you can brief, build and judge creative - not just buy the media around it. · Fluency with the automation and integration tools the platforms already provide - Meta's automated rules, Google Ads scripts and bulk tools, conversion imports, feeds and connectors. You don't need to code. You do need to have squeezed more out of these platforms than the average operator. · Multi-market experience (especially GCC) and English + Arabic ad copy are strong pluses, though not strict requirements. · Commercially minded, test-and-learn by default, and a clear communicator who turns data into a story. You'll really stand out if · You've worked with the platforms at API or script level - Meta's Marketing API, the Google Ads API, or Google Ads Scripts running inside the account for reporting, pacing alerts or bulk changes. · You use Claude Code, or something like it, to do real work - automating reporting, analysing exports properly, building small tools that save the team hours. · You've wired platforms together with Zapier, Make or n8n so data moves without anyone touching a spreadsheet. · You've built an AI creative workflow that produces genuinely testable volume, not just novelty. None of this is mandatory, but all of it moves you up the shortlist. Why GymNation? · A genuinely commercial paid-media role - real budget, real revenue, and you see your impact every single day. · Multi-market scope across UAE, KSA, Bahrain and new market launches in Southeast Asia - the kind of variety most paid-media roles can't offer. · We're AI-forward across the entire business, not as a line in a deck. Claude Code and AI tooling are part of how we work day to day, and you'll be given the tools and the room to build. · Competitive salary and benefits package. · Certified as a Great Place to Work™, from the results of an all-GymNation staff survey. · Ongoing training and development to keep you ahead of a fast-moving discipline. · Free GymNation membership
