Performance Marketing Operations Manager The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Performance Marketing Operations Manager to build and operate a scalable content-delivery engine across paid marketing activity. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, trading and marketing operations, ensuring priority brands, categories and markets have the right volume and variety of high-quality creative to launch, test, scale and refresh effectively. You will translate trading priorities, product opportunities and media plans into clear content requirements, then own the operational process that gets those assets briefed, produced, approved, deployed and reviewed. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Delivery • Translate trading priorities, product opportunities and media plans into a clear paid-content roadmap. • Build and maintain the monthly campaign and ad-set plan across brands, categories and markets. • Define creative requirements for each campaign, including video, static, GIF, UGC and creator assets. • Work closely with performance agencies to align campaign structures, audiences, budgets and deployment timelines. • Own the end-to-end campaign deployment process, ensuring assets, naming conventions, destination links, UTMs and market variations are correctly mapped, quality-assured and launched on schedule. • Ensure campaigns launch with sufficient creative depth and a clear pipeline of replacement content to prevent creative fatigue. Creative Operations • Turn paid-media requirements and performance opportunities into clear, actionable briefs for creative, social, creator and brand teams. • Maintain visibility across the full content lifecycle, from briefing and production through approval, delivery, launch and performance review. • Ensure assets are correctly formatted, approved, tagged, stored and supported by the appropriate usage rights. • Use creative-performance learnings to inform future briefs, iterations and refresh requirements. • Hold content owners accountable for agreed delivery timelines and proactively escalate risks or gaps. • Identify bottlenecks and improve the speed, quality and consistency of content delivery. Channel & Partner Management • Act as a key content and campaign-delivery contact for CRM partners, affiliate networks and external agencies. • Manage the flow of campaign calendars, product priorities, offers, copy and creative assets into channel execution. • Coordinate creative submissions, promotional codes, tracking links, placement requirements and live-placement checks. • Ensure paid media, CRM and affiliate partners are working from an aligned campaign calendar and consistent content direction. • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Marketing Operations • Own the integrated marketing calendar and weekly campaign-deployment rhythm. • Maintain campaign roadmaps, content trackers, campaign status, asset libraries and partner-delivery trackers. • Run cross-functional delivery meetings, ensuring actions, decisions, risks and dependencies are clearly identified and followed through. • Establish clear processes and accountability across internal teams, agencies and external partners. • Provide concise leadership reporting covering upcoming launches, content sufficiency, delivery risks and required actions. • Continuously improve the operating model, introducing better processes, tools and ways of working as the business scales. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with 5–7 years of experience across performance marketing, growth operations, creative operations or ecommerce marketing. Experience within fashion, retail, ecommerce or a multi-brand environment would be highly valuable. You should have: • Strong working knowledge of Meta campaign and ad-set structures, with the ability to review deployment plans, identify errors and manage an agency or execution team through launch and QA. • A strong understanding of how creative volume, variety, testing and refresh cadence influence paid-media performance. • Experience translating media requirements into clear content briefs and managing delivery across creative, social, creator and brand teams. • Experience coordinating campaign delivery with CRM partners, affiliate networks and external agencies. • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to prioritise creative and campaign requirements according to revenue opportunity, stock position, customer demand and media investment. • Strong project-management and organisational skills, with advanced confidence using Excel / Google Sheets and campaign-tracking tools. • Excellent stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to work across multiple teams and external partners. • The ability to hold people accountable to deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships. • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to independently identify and resolve delivery issues. • The ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly.
