Sales Manager - Frozen Foods | FMCG

Contract: 12 months (renewable) Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle East About the Role: Our client, a growing leader in FMCG distribution specializing in frozen food products, is seeking a Sales Manager – Food Service (Van Sales + Business Development) to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a critical role in driving Food Service business growth across the UAE while leading and developing a high-performing van sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong business development, sales leadership, and FMCG distribution expertise, which will align successfully within the organization. About the Requirements: • Develop and grow the Food Service business across the UAE through strategic customer acquisition and account management. • Identify, prospect, and secure high-potential customers including wholesalers, catering companies, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and ship chandlers. • Lead, coach, and develop the Van Sales team while fostering a high-performance culture. • Deliver sales growth through increased market penetration, customer coverage, and route productivity. • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and promotional activities within company guidelines. • Ensure strong collection discipline, effective credit management, and customer profitability monitoring. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for new products and commercial initiatives. About You: • Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience within the UAE market. • Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams. • Proven success in developing Food Service channels and strategic accounts. • Strong experience in Frozen Foods is mandatory. • Previous experience with organizations such as Bello Massi, Al Seer, BRF (Sadia), JBS (Seara), Baqer Mohebi, SAFCO, Bidfood, Chef Middle East, IFFCO, Al Islami, Sunbulah, or similar FMCG distributors is highly preferred. • Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and commercial acumen. • Excellent knowledge of UAE FMCG distribution, frozen food products, and van sales operations. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
