The Role We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with developers and real estate firms across the UAE. This is a sales and partnerships-focused role — you'll be the face of The Snag Master to key decision-makers, converting conversations into long-term B2B partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach developers, real estate firms, and property management companies for new business • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B partnership opportunities • Present our services (snagging, audits, reserve fund studies, asset tagging) to prospective clients • Negotiate and close partnership and service agreements • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals • Represent The Snag Master at industry events, site visits, and client meetings What We're Looking For • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — essential • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (real estate/construction industry preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with direct client outreach • UAE market knowledge and existing network with developers is a strong plus • Valid UAE driving license is a must What We Offer • Competitive salary + commission structure • Opportunity to work with a growing, quality-focused brand trusted by leading UAE developers • Direct exposure to senior stakeholders in the real estate sector Show more Show less
