Business Analyst – WMS & Systems Integration

This is a technically demanding role sitting at the intersection of warehouse systems, EDI/API development, and business intelligence. What The Role Covers WMS Implementation & Configuration You implement, configure, and ensure compliance with the Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400) and related WMS tools. You lead customer-facing WMS and integration projects across the IMEA region, delivering end-user training and upskilling operational teams and key users. EDI & API Integration You develop and test EDI and REST API interfaces using platforms like Lobster_Data, working directly with customers in IT workshops to gather requirements and understand their systems in depth. You create detailed user requirement specifications and training documentation for each integration. Dashboards & Data Visualization You design and build live operational dashboards using Power BI and SQL databases, and configure operational documents and labels via BarTender and Jasper. You bring a data-driven approach to operational visibility across customer accounts.
