What The Role Covers Requirements Gathering & Process Design You gather, analyze, and document business, user, and system requirements for SAP-supported supply chain processes. You facilitate workshops with Supply Chain, commercial, and technical teams to define business needs and solution approaches, and partner with architecture teams to support data modeling and process design. SAP Solution Delivery You collaborate with product teams to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered within SAP. You bring strong SAP SD expertise and support the translation of functional requirements into effective system solutions across supply chain workflows. UAT, Documentation & Change Management You support User Acceptance Testing including planning, execution, and defect management. You prepare high-quality functional requirements documentation and process artifacts, and drive change management activities to support successful solution adoption across the organization. Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Management You manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders across multiple functions, build and share domain expertise within the team, and contribute actively to continuous process improvement initiatives.
