Human Resources Manager

Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on supporting and scaling a frontline retail workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Roots HCM, payroll processing, attendance management, employee relations, recruitment, and labour law compliance. Preferred: Female, Urdu-speaking candidates who are available to join immediately. Location: Umm Al Quwain, please apply only if you are comfortable working in Umm Al Quwain. Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 13,000 per month Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail operations. • Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and overtime tracking through Roots HCM. • Coordinate payroll inputs, commission tracking, and monthly payroll processing. • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives. • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes. • Ensure compliance with Labour Law and retail workforce regulations. • Manage offboarding processes, final settlements, and HR reporting. • Support HR system optimization and digital HR initiatives.
