Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager Industry: Technology Consulting Contract Duration: 3 months then conversion to perm Location: Dubai, UAE Monthly Rate: 30,000 – 36,000 AED per month The Role: • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex digital platform and enterprise technology projects for government, semi-government and large enterprise clients across the UAE. • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, delivery schedules and resource requirements from initiation through to deployment and closure. • Coordinate activities across business analysis, architecture, engineering, QA, infrastructure and client teams to keep delivery on track. • Act as the primary technical coordination point between architects, engineering leads and client technology teams, tracking dependencies across applications, databases, integrations and third-party systems. • Own project governance, maintaining key controls including the RAID log, action tracker, decision log, dependency tracker, change request log, milestone tracker and resource forecast. • Prepare clear, accurate status reporting for clients and internal leadership, and facilitate project, technical coordination and steering committee meetings. • Monitor scope, risk and change, coordinating impact assessments with technical and functional leads and escalating material risks, delays and decisions early. • Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for assigned projects, managing stakeholder expectations through structured planning and transparent reporting. Skills Needed: • 6-8 years' experience managing technology, software or digital transformation projects, ideally within government, semi-government or large enterprise organisations. • Proven track record delivering custom software, enterprise platforms, portals, mobile applications or systems integration projects across the full delivery lifecycle. • Strong experience coordinating technical teams, client stakeholders and third-party vendors across multiple workstreams in complex environments. • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches, with solid experience in governance reporting, risk and change management. • Technical familiarity with Oracle Database, Microsoft Azure, Camunda (or similar workflow automation platforms), APIs/system integrations, and release and deployment processes. • Background in technology consulting, systems integration, enterprise software or professional services. • Fluent in Arabic and English, with the credibility to operate confidently with senior client, technical and vendor stakeholders in the UAE.
