🤖 Senior Technical Project Manager 📍 Dubai 🗣️ Arabic speakers required We're partnering with a leading technology consultancy to recruit a Senior Technical Project Manager to deliver complex digital platforms and enterprise technology projects for government, semi-government and large enterprise clients across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and enjoys leading cross-functional teams through the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to deployment and closure, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. Working closely with client stakeholders, technical teams and third-party vendors, you'll play a key role in driving project governance, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and digital transformation projects. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and resource plans. • Coordinate business analysts, architects, software engineers, QA, infrastructure teams and external vendors. • Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies. • Lead project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications. • Manage scope, change requests and delivery priorities. • Identify and resolve delivery challenges while escalating risks where appropriate. • Ensure successful project deployment, handover and closure. • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams within complex stakeholder environments. Requirements • 8+ years' experience managing software, technology or digital transformation projects. • Proven track record delivering custom software, enterprise platforms, portals, mobile applications or systems integration projects. • Experience managing projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Strong stakeholder management experience across clients, technical teams and third-party vendors. • Previous experience working with government, semi-government or large enterprise organisations within the UAE. • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, risk management and change control. • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. • Background in technology consulting, enterprise software, systems integration or professional services. Technical Awareness While this is not a hands-on technical role, you'll be comfortable managing projects involving technologies such as: • Microsoft Azure • Oracle Database • Camunda or similar workflow automation platforms • APIs and enterprise system integrations • Software development and testing lifecycles • Release and deployment processes • Data migration and enterprise applications What We're Looking For We're seeking an organised, proactive and commercially aware Project Manager with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
