IT Project Manager | Enterprise Software Implementation

Role ID: REF-TECH-PM-DXB-001 Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time About the Opportunity An international technology consulting company is expanding its operations in Dubai and is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation projects for clients across the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in software delivery, ERP, CRM, Microsoft technologies, or digital transformation who enjoy managing client-facing projects from planning through successful implementation. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects. • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage project risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations. • Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines. • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates. • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes. • Essential Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have: • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or enterprise software implementation projects. • Previous experience delivering client-facing technology projects. • Experience managing software development teams using Agile and Scrum. • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Professional level of written and spoken English. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
