Key Responsibilities • Liaise with government authorities, including salary declarations and social security/pension contributions • Record bank transactions and flag payments pending validation • Prepare accounting statements based on bank records, and create or validate supporting documents • Welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors in person and over the phone • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, including specific courier assignments • Schedule appointments and manage calendars • Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal documents • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems • Support HR with onboarding paperwork and attendance tracking • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and logistics for meetings and client visits • Provide ad hoc support to the Administrative Manager based on urgent needs and workload • Coordinate and liaise with colleagues across our offices in Switzerland, Bahrain, UAE, and Singapore • Develop and maintain working knowledge of administrative, labor, and regulatory requirements across our office locations (Switzerland, Bahrain, UAE, and Singapore) Required Skills & Experience • 0–1 year of experience in an administrative role (fresh graduates welcome) • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Basic accounting/bookkeeping exposure is a plus • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic is an advantage • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information • Willingness to learn and stay updated on administrative and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions What We Value • Accountability and ownership • Attention to detail and reliability • Ability to work in a confidentiality-sensitive environment • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude • Team spirit and client-focused mindset How to Apply If you're organized, reliable, and looking to start your career in a fast-growing cybersecurity company, we'd love to hear from you. • Send your CV or reach out via LinkedIn message.
