We have partnered exclusively with a global asset and investment manager to hire a Legal Counsel into their Abu Dhabi office. This client works with global investors, carrying multi-million or multi-billion dollar deals, all over the globe. The role is intended to be a relatively junior position, supporting a wide team across commercial work and large deals. Who you’ll likely need to be in order to succeed: · 2-4 PQE Common Law qualified with experience from a sophisticated financial services market (London, New York, Singapore). · A top tier law firm background is essential (likely White Shoe / Magic Circle), with additional in-house being helpful. · Strong blended skill set that covers general commercial, corporate operations and governance, with transactional deal experience being helpful. · Those based in the Gulf right now will be prioritised, but overseas applications are welcome. 2-4 PQE Common Law qualified with experience from a sophisticated financial services market (London, New York, Singapore). A top tier law firm background is essential (likely White Shoe / Magic Circle), with additional in-house experience being helpful. Strong blended skill set covering general commercial, corporate operations and governance, with transactional deal experience being helpful.
