Executive Recruiter Hybrid working in Abu Dhabi 12-month FTC We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our prestigious financial services client to be an instrumental part of their executive hiring function. Job Purpose • In conjunction with the HR Business Partners consult with senior leaders to develop the strategic plan for Group Resourcing for the client to enable the business strategy; Recommend and implement strategies to enhance the client's culture, reputation and employment brand. Plan, organise and control recruitment for all professional and experienced staff. Delivery of Group Resourcing strategies through multiple channels including internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals, internet ads, industry contacts, association memberships, database searches and more. • Develop high-performance partnerships with recruitment agencies to deliver talent to the bank; ensure quality control to their talent attraction strategies for the bank. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Group Resourcing Managers and On - boarding staff to deliver efficient, quality services and high standards of customer service. Transfer knowledge and skills to all locally based employees and accelerate their professional development and contribute industry and market insight Generic Accountabilities • Develop the strategies to enable the optimal mix of nationals, expatriate employees, internal referrals, direct hires; • Recommend innovative, leading-edge sourcing strategies; • Implement the strategy; communicate progress against key milestones; • manage costs and delivery; • Focus on Group Resourcing strategies for experienced hires; • Research the market and define the client employment brand and that of key competitors; • Articulate the client's most attractive and compelling attributes to the current and potential employees. • Articulate current perceptions of working within the organisation and the impact of these perceptions on the capacity to recruit top talent; • Recommend strategies to enhance the client's employment brand in the candidate markets that are most important to the organisation; • Manage the work flows and work loads; • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements; • Deliver HR data, metrics and reporting to the leaders; • Take action to continuously improve the service; • Develop strong relationships with internal customers, including HR Leaders, HR Business Partners and users of the service; • Respond to changing stakeholders needs by recommending new services or services improvements. • Stay abreast of industry developments by participating in recruitment, shared services, and business networking activities. The role holder will be expected to assist key stakeholders (primarily: Their Business Line, Compliance Control Room, and Group HR) to ensure Conflicts of Interest and the clients Code of Conduct policies and protocols are upheld. The role holder will also partner and advise the aforementioned on; conflicts management, policy, process, procedure and breach escalation, including but not limited to core themes such as; Gifts, Entertainments, Personal Account Dealing, Outside Business Interests/Activities, Material Deals and Information Walls. Minimum Qualification • HR qualifications are desirable but not required. On the job experience is more important. Minimum Experience • 7+ experience recruiting in a banking or finance environment (in-house or agency); • Certification in assessments (ie BPS level A and B) is highly desirable. • Strong experience across multiple sourcing methodologies including careers site, in house database search, employee advocacy and LinkedIn Recruiter; • Ability to analyse and interpret data to build strategies and action plans. • Excellent communication skills, collaborative style, including group presentation and facilitation skills. • Strong written communication skills to effectively turn position profiles into clear, concise marketing and branding tools. • Excellent client service skills with proven experience to build and foster strong relationships with business partners and senior management, through influencing and exceptional negotiating skills. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a growing and changing environment. • Knowledge of disciplined selection techniques and behavioural interviewing models. • Experience developing a recruitment strategy to meet hiring objectives. • Experience with behavioural descriptive interviewing techniques and developing effective interview guides to ask the right questions. • High personal standards of integrity and professionalism. • Fluent in English, fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
