Hiring: Service Sales Manager – Heat Exchanger & Cooler Refurbishment Location: Sharjah, UAE Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month Experience: 10+ Years Industry: Oil & Gas | Refinery | Petrochemical | Power We are looking for an experienced Service Sales Manager with a strong background in Heat Exchanger & Cooler Refurbishment to drive business growth, manage long-term service contracts, and develop new business opportunities across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies for heat exchanger and cooler refurbishment services. • Identify and secure new service contracts and manage long-term service agreements (LTSAs). • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the refinery, petrochemical, and power sectors. • Coordinate with service operations to ensure successful project execution. • Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, and refinery HSE standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 10+ years of experience in technical or service sales within the heat transfer equipment industry. • Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC and TEMA standards. • Experience with Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Fin Fan Air Coolers, Condensers, Marine Coolers, and Evaporators. • Proven experience in refinery, petrochemical, or power plant shutdown/turnaround projects. • Strong commercial, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. • Experience in managing Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs). • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project support.
