Sales Manager - Data Centre Infrastructure

A well-established manufacturer of engineered-to-order modular infrastructure with production facilities across the Emirates and a global project footprint, is expanding into the data centre market. We are looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead this new division from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with genuine manufacturing capability, an international client base spanning oil and gas, petrochemical, power and utilities, and the backing of a large multinational group - and to own the commercial development of an entirely new vertical. The Role You will be responsible for taking a modular data centre product to market. The offering covers prefabricated structures housing critical power, cooling, racks, cable management and DCIM - engineered and manufactured in UAE yards and installed on site globally. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting hyperscalers, Tier 1 colocation operators, developers and telcos across the Middle East and beyond. This is a hunter role. You will be building something from scratch with the full support of an established manufacturing business behind you. Strong performance leads to a standalone division with its own structure and leadership. What We Are Looking For We are open to candidates based globally and will consider strong profiles from any market. What matters is your track record and your relationships. You will have a background selling capital equipment or engineered solutions into the data centre sector. This could include modular or prefabricated data centre infrastructure, critical power, UPS, precision cooling, or power generation sold directly to data centre operators, developers or hyperscalers. We are not looking for channel or contractor-led sales profiles - direct end user relationships are essential. You will be comfortable with long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and senior level engagement. You will have built something before - a new territory, a new vertical, or a new client base - and you will be hungry to do it again.
