Sales Manager – Lighting Solutions - Entertainment & Theme Park | Dubai We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Entertainment & Theme Park to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base within the entertainment, attractions, and leisure sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales, business development, entertainment solutions, theme parks, attractions, hospitality, AV, lighting, or related industries. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. • Identify and onboard new customers, partners, and market opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity development through negotiation and deal closure. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports. • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful projects. Requirements: • 5+ years of proven B2B sales/business development experience. • Experience within entertainment, theme parks, attractions, leisure, hospitality, AV, lighting, events, or related industries preferred. • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships. • UAE market experience is highly desirable.
