Sales Manager

Hiring: Sales Manager | Dubai We are hiring a Sales Manager for a well-established and diversified business group in the UAE. Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP) Team: Lead a team of 4 Reporting to: Business Head Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and business development across Interior Fit-out & Refurbishment, Furniture & Joinery, and Facility Management • Develop new business and build a strong pipeline of projects and recurring revenue • Manage key client relationships and the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets • Work closely with Estimation, Procurement, Operations and Project teams Requirements: • 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in the UAE • Strong experience within Fit-out, Joinery, Furniture and/or Facility Management • Proven track record of achieving revenue and gross profit targets • Established UAE network across developers, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers and PMCs • Experience with tenders, BOQs, commercial proposals and negotiations • Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience • Valid UAE driving licence Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.
