Job Summary The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, securing high-value corporate partnerships, and expanding the company's entertainment portfolio across the GCC region. This role requires an ambitious professional who can navigate Dubai’s fast-paced luxury entertainment, live events, and experiential marketing sectors. The ideal candidate will turn creative concepts into commercial success by building relationships with brands, state entities, and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation: Scout, pitch, and secure new business deals, corporate sponsorships, and brand activations to meet annual financial targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of local and international clients, including corporate accounts, agency partners, and government stakeholders. Strategic Partnerships: Conceptualize and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership frameworks, co-marketing agreements, and entertainment intellectual property (IP) rights. Market Analysis: Track emerging entertainment trends, competitor landscape, and regional venue developments within Dubai and the wider GCC to pivot commercial strategies. Collaboration: Work alongside the creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure client deliverables match company standards and contractual obligations. Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from drafting commercial proposals to final contract negotiations and payment follow-ups. Required Experience & Qualifications Industry Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven business development or commercial sales experience specifically within live entertainment, experiential marketing, hospitality, or media. Regional Network: Existing, verifiable network of corporate clients, brand managers, and agency contacts specifically based within Dubai and the UAE. Commercial Skills: Strong financial acumen with detailed experience in managing pipeline KPIs, sales forecasting, and cross-functional contract negotiations. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
