Sales & Business Development Officer - Healthcare Services

We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Officer – Healthcare Alleanza Healthcare LLC is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales & Business Development Officer to support the continued growth of our healthcare services across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and supporting the preparation and conversion of commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial submissions • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records • Follow up on leads, tenders and client enquiries • Coordinate with clinical, operational and support teams • Work towards agreed monthly and annual sales targets Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field • Three to five years of experience in sales or business development • Previous experience within the healthcare sector is preferred • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Valid UAE driving licence • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing healthcare organisation delivering a broad range of medical and healthcare services across the UAE.
