Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Applications without agency experience will not be considered. SharkX is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth across the UAE and GCC markets. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales experience in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or Creative Agency (mandatory). • Proven experience selling digital marketing services such as Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Branding, or related agency services. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Target-driven with confidence in outbound sales and lead generation. • Experience selling B2B marketing services in the UAE is highly preferred. • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage). • Currently based in the UAE.
