We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive office functions. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and meeting materials • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables • Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion • Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring timely responses and effective communication • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, databases, and documentation • Assist in organizing corporate events, business meetings, and executive visits • Monitor office supplies and support administrative processes as required • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and administrative standards Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role supporting senior management. • Strong experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with document management systems and collaboration platforms is an advantage. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
