About noon send noon send is the quick-commerce delivery arm of noon, offering on-demand delivery across the UAE on our own proprietary fleet and last-mile infrastructure. We move parcels for marketplaces, D2C brands, SMEs, and enterprise shippers - at speed, with reliability, and at scale. What you'll do Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. You will be responsible to own a strategic merchant segment and act as a player-coach to a small BD pod. You'll personally close our most complex deals, set the playbook the team runs on, and own segment-level pipeline, revenue, and account health. This is a senior IC role today, with a clear path into people management as the team scales. • Close strategic accounts: Own and close high-value enterprise merchants, large D2C brands, marketplaces, and category leaders. • Build commercial constructs: Negotiate multi-year contracts, volume commitments, SLA-linked pricing, and relevant commercial models • Coach the team: Mentor 2–4 BD Executives and Specialists - review pipelines, coach on pitches, unblock stuck deals, and run weekly forecast reviews. • Lead cross-functionally: Partner with Operations and Fleet on capacity, Product on roadmap inputs. • Own the playbook Define and execute the commercial operating plan What we're looking for • 3–5 years in B2B commercial roles - business development, enterprise sales, key account management, or commercial strategy. • Strong preference for logistics / last-mile / 3PL, e-commerce enablement, marketplace partnerships, payments, or SaaS sold into retail. • Comfortable with unit economics and developing pricing strategy. • Experience mentoring junior commercial talent; ready to take on direct reports in the next 6–12 months. • Confident pitching to founders, decision markers. • Sharp pipeline discipline, Strong analytical skills, Familiarity with AI tools. • Deep UAE market knowledge; existing senior relationships in e-commerce, D2C, retail, or logistics is a major plus. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus, not a requirement.
