Job Overview: Tawla is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will play a key role in acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving the adoption of our digital solutions for F&B venues. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients. • Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are in line with company policies. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain Tawla's competitive advantage. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the F&B or technology sector. • Strong knowledge of digital solutions, SaaS, or POS systems • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, as well as lead and inspire a sales team. • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
