Role Description This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Agent, based on-site in Dubai. The position involves assisting clients in buying and selling properties while providing guidance throughout the process. Responsibilities include sourcing properties, scheduling viewings, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date with the local real estate market. The role also requires creating marketing strategies to attract clients and grow the company’s portfolio. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Strong knowledge of property sales and the local real estate landscape. • 6+ 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. • Marketing and sales expertise, including proficiency in developing targeted marketing strategies • Self-motivated & target-driven Valid UAE driving license is an add on Multilingual (Italian, Spanish, Russian or French) will be preferred (𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥).
