About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-billion-dollar global organization with a long-standing Dubai office. The business is seeking a polished, adaptable Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders with distinct working styles and priorities. This is a high-calibre, high-trust position suited to an EA who can move fluidly between a structured, legally-minded principal and a fast-paced, high-energy operations principal reading the room, adapting their approach, and keeping both running smoothly. Key Responsibilities - Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to two senior leaders, adapting style and approach to each - Manage complex, frequently shifting diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones - Arrange extensive international travel (predominantly across APAC), including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries - Coordinate meetings, offsites, and leadership conferences, including logistics and briefing materials - Work closely alongside the Legal function, supporting the Head of Legal & Operations with correspondence, documentation, and case/contract-related coordination as needed - Draft and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with discretion - Provide a degree of personal/lifestyle support where required (e.g. arranging appointments, meals, day-to-day logistics while travelling) - Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper between the principals and internal/external stakeholders - Anticipate needs proactively and manage competing priorities calmly under pressure - Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination as required Ideal Candidate Profile - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (SVP/C-suite level) - Experience supporting more than one principal simultaneously strongly preferred - Background within a law firm, legal, or compliance-focused environment strongly preferred, given the close cross-functional working relationship with the Head of Legal — candidates from financial services, banking, or other highly regulated corporate environments will also be strongly considered - High emotional intelligence with a genuinely adaptable, "chameleon" personality — equally comfortable with structure and with fast-paced, high-energy environments - Strong track record managing complex international travel and visa arrangements - Confident, calm, and resourceful under pressure; comfortable pushing back and managing up when needed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required - Polished, professional, and highly discreet — accustomed to handling confidential information Show more Show less
